Day 1
Visit the Natural Bridge and take a tour of the National historical landmark which is a geological formation compromising a 215 foot high natural arch with a span of 90 feet. For the next three nights you will enjoy lodging in Roanoke, Va.
Day 2
Take a walking tour around the square where you will see Historic Farmer’s Market Stalls, Harrison Museum of African American Culture, Mill Mountain Theatre, Science Museum, Taubman Museum of Art, and the Virginia Musuem of transportation. Spend the afternoon at the O Winston Link Musuem with a documentary introduction to the building and the history of it in the theater. On own for fun time in evening.
CBDay 3
Tour the Transportation Museum which showcases the rich history of transportation, featuring an extensive collection of locomotives, classic cars and interactive exhibits. See the Roanoke Star which is the largest free standing, man made illuminated star in the world.
CB, LDay 4
Visit the Frontier Museum, the biggest open-air living history museum which is one of the top tourist destinations in VA. Visitors may interact with blacksmith at an Irish Forge. Most of the building was brought from each
country here and reassembled. Travel back to Pittsburgh.
